Jewelry Organization

I found this photo a few months ago on Pinterest (which, by the way, I am addicted to) and I loved the idea! I am constantly looking for ways to organize my jewelry. Currently it sits in a decorated box, tangled and mangled so that when I try to find something I want...I can't even get it out of the box without dragging all my other odds and ends out along with it. Jewelry boxes have never worked for me because I constantly outgrow them with my addiction to jewelry. Or I just can't find a box big enough to hold it all organized. So when I saw this I was hooked! I plan on doing this eventually... when I find space in my closet.. it could be awhile :) Mine won't be this big and I would like to decorate it with some painted flowers or something neat. I will post a picture when I FINALLY decided to make the effort to do it.
